The hotel and restaurant La Pace hosts individuals, families, groups and has always taken part, directly, for more than sixty years in the social life of the "district", as perhaps a writer might describe these places and communities that are gathered here and how many of them have come and gone.

Over the decades in this hotel, people from the furthest corners of the world as well as often legendary thunder storms have crossed paths, but also primitive desires for companionship and good food; here we have welcomed builders of factories and hopes, artists, travellers, passers-by; here sports-people and bands, local administrators and managers, political leaders and entrepreneurs, trade unionists and local development agents have all joined together. Over the years we have hosted the glamour of the "dolce vita"; those who enjoyed tours to the provinces from the nearby metropolis as well as the wedding banquets of local couples; we have hosted events such as the Saracena d'Oro, from 1968 to 1973, a true catwalk of famous faces from show business and culture and icons from the world music scene such as Odette (November 15, 1988), high priests, government officials and restless agitators. We have given the same warm welcome to everyone and dedicated ourselves to all visitors with the same passion that inspires our work.
