If you love good food, we invite you to come and try the dishes from our kitchen, where tradition and innovation mix to bring out the flavours and perfumes of a rural area from which we select our raw produce with care and dedication.
The kitchen is a very important part of our home. For generations we have been personally concerned with preparing the dishes for our guests: from classic cured meats and cheeses from the local shepherding tradition to handmade pasta (the traditional fregnaquanti), to the stuffed varieties (such as ravioli with truffles from the Lepine mountains), to the authentic soups; the meats are rigorously chosen from local and national production, we select milking lambs, pigs, rabbits, wild boar and game and accompany them with Roman artichokes with local herbs such as scorzonelle, small chicory, puntarelle or Roman chicory and many other great vegetables.

For more than forty years, we have maintained a tradition that has always been loved by our guests, Tuesdays and Fridays are dedicated to fresh fish from our local seas.
Desserts are all handmade in our kitchen: the breakfast cakes, the traditional pastry tarts, the meringues, the mousse, the biscuit rings with wine and the butter biscuits and the legendary mont-blanc, the black forest gateau, semifreddo and oven cooked trifle as is the tradition here.

You can enjoy the authentic flavours in our large modular dining rooms that can accommodate from ten to three hundred guests, or choose a private room (Acquario or Caratelli) for small meetings, private parties and family gatherings.

The superior living rooms are usually reserved for congresses and fairs.  The rooms on the ground floor are dedicated to à la carte dining or for any desks that may be needed.  In good weather, a large terrace hosts our restaurant in the open air when one can enjoy the evening breeze while tasting our delicacies.
